Join Pilu from Pilsplace, a culinary storyteller and experience designer based in Zurich, for an unforgettable hands-on cooking class where food meets fun, flavor, and a good glass of wine.
Together, we’ll prepare some of Spain’s most iconic and beloved dishes, learning traditional techniques and the stories behind them. Expect laughter, wine, and a lot of olive oil.
🍷 What to Expect
As soon as you arrive, we’ll kick things off the Spanish way – with an aperitivo of Gildas and a selection of Spanish cheeses, perfectly paired with Spanish wines, to enjoy while we cook.
Then, we’ll roll up our sleeves and prepare:
Pisto Manchego – Spain's veggie-packed, flavorful answer to ratatouille with egg on top
- Gazpacho – A refreshing Andalusian cold tomato soup, perfect for summer
- Tortilla de Patata – The one and only Spanish potato omelette (yes, with onions!)
- Albóndigas en salsa – Juicy homemade meatballs in a rich Spanish sauce
- Flan de Huevo y Caramelo – A silky, golden custard with a deep caramel top – the ultimate Spanish dessert
We’ll wrap it all up with a shared dinner around the table, enjoying the dishes we’ve prepared together – just like at a true Spanish sobremesa.
