Let’s rethink the way we source, prepare, and enjoy food together in this unconventional outdoor cooking experience.
We begin by sourcing fresh produce from local farmers and foraging wild ingredients along the river Limmat. As we walk towards our open-air cooking space in the forest, we reconnect with nature and the origins of our food.
Gathering around an open fire, we dive into an immersive, hands-on cooking workshop led by Chef Lorenzo Dal Bo. You’ll apply circular cooking principles - nose-to-tail, root-to-leaf - transforming every ingredient into delicious, seasonal dishes. Learn to cook creatively, minimize waste, and adopt a more mindful approach to food.
But this experience goes beyond flavors - it’s about connection. Connect with nature, ingredients, and like-minded food lovers. Together, we’ll create a welcoming space where stories are shared, skills are learned, and a vision for a more balanced food system future takes shape.
Join us for an unforgettable experience that nourishes both body and soul.
