Sustainable Events at FOOD ZURICH 2024
Events with the "Climate à la carte" label make a meaningful contribution to sustainable food practices. The designation is awarded by a five-member jury in collaboration with the Zurich Environmental and Health Protection Office.
Criteria for "Climate à la carte" events:
- Raise awareness about food waste, balanced diets, or sustainable products and their impacts on the environment and climate, while also providing concrete tips
- Promote an enjoyable approach to plant-based dishes
