Dishes created especially for this evening will be served, the ingredients of which are linked to the latest scientific findings.
In this interactive dinner, scientists from ETH Zurich will provide insights into their research work. Be inspired by easy-to-understand presentations on innovative cultivation and breeding methods as well as processing techniques and take the opportunity to ask your questions directly to the experts in an inviting atmosphere.
