Pino Nocilla (SAY CHOCOLATE, Wermatswil) is passionate about baking macarons. He constantly experiments because the range of possible fillings is nearly limitless. Of course, he shares tips and tricks with workshop participants on how to master macarons, especially the vegan version.
We will make macarons from A to Z. From preparing the almond flour mixture to creating the filling, we will be guided through the entire process. At the end, everyone will take home a box of their own homemade macarons.
