The presentation of the Food Report 2025 is an exciting event for everyone in the food industry. In collaboration with the Zukunftsinstitut, Soil to Soul is presenting the Food Report exclusively for the first time in Zurich. As part of FOOD ZURICH and under the moderation of Andrin Willi, this event promises to be an unforgettable experience.

Presentation of the Food Report 2025: Gain deep insights into the latest trends and developments in the gastronomy and hospitality industry, with a particular focus on sustainability.
