RIBELLI only serves uncompromisingly good products from carefully selected producers who work with heart and mind. The food is typically Italian: salumieri and pizzaiolo prepare antipasti platters and Neapolitan pizzas.
As part of FOOD ZURICH, guests will have the chance to become pizzaiolo themselves and learn how to prepare a Neapolitan pizza from the dough to the toppings. The focus is on the simple ingredients: flour, salt, yeast, water and olive oil. These are the basis for the dough and an incredibly tasty dish.
In our Salumeria, guests can put together their own tagliere. Salumi e antipasti are freshly sliced using the Berkel machine. Here, too, the focus is on the products, the culinary spectrum ranges from mortadella and prosciutto to air-dried salami and bresaola. Cheese lovers will be delighted with mozzarella, provolone, gorgonzola, pecorino or Parmigiano Reggiano. No successful aperitivo should be without the right accompaniment. The motto here is to join in and learn more about preparation and techniques.
The restaurant manager, Ferenc, and head chef, Graziano, and the RIBELLI team will host the event. Live music will also ensure that you are transported to the heart of Italy.
