Martin Wartmann will guide you through the evening with great expertise, reveal background information and share his knowledge with you.
8 creations from the kitchen, including poultry liver pâté/apple gelée/mini brioche, white asparagus salad with Mimosa truffle dressing, suckling pig breast and Jersey Blue from Willi Schmid.
Accompanied by PILGRIM craft beer, abbey beers, Grand Crus Barrique, vintage beer from the cognac barrel and Ittinger Amber to finish.
