That's what the "Klimatopf" is all about. This visionary and pragmatic cookbook ensures more climate-friendly meals in the everyday kitchen.
At the heart of the cookbook are easy-to-implement, seasonal and regional recipes with classic potential. Developed together with the oldest vegetarian restaurant in the world - Haus Hiltl - they show how easy it is to combine enjoyment, health and environmental friendliness. All recipes are based on the "Planetary Health Diet" and contain scientifically based nutritional value and CO2 calculations. With the most important basic information, practical tricks and weekly plans with recipe suggestions.
