Nowadays we all are living too fast, too many opportunities are raising the feeling of fear of missing out and stress is taking over our private lives after work. This kind of environment is (supposely) what excuses us from making daily choices that would not only help our own health but also the one of the Natural Environnement and the future generations. Is it this the right direction of humanity?
In BRENSO. we believe in the comfortable-uncomfortable, we believe that it's necessary to cross the line of what we like and desire to be able to be part of a change for good.
That's why our philosophy is based on working with every part of the food, and our biggest challenge is to create beauty from what is commonly considered waste.
Unconfrotable, in the kitchen, is because we are trying to do something that nobody told us how to do.
Uncomfortable for our friends/guests is crossing bounderies of taste, with trust.
Comfortable is because we can make deliciouss something that you would not even expect can be eaten, and for us because we madly love what we do and why we do it.
This is just the beginning, we are looking for opprtunities of sharing and growth trough our audience. Come be part of the change for good with your vision and feedbacks, we will be also organizing some workshops during the days of food zurich, together we are stronger! Stay tuned!
