We will spend 3 hours together where we will give you a brief introduction to the tradition of Scandinavian baking and our passion at White Rabbit Bakery. We will work with yeast dough and learn about the basics of plant-based baking. At the end of this class you will walk away with some new techniques and some delicious treats to bring back home.
It wouldn’t be a White Rabbit baking class without cinnamon rolls, would it!? So that’s exactly what the main focus of this class will be! We will show you a simple way to make delicious cinnamon rolls from scratch; from the dough, to the filling, rolling, shaping, baking and decorating. You will discover different ways to shape the dough and learn about some of the most classic fillings.
As we are a plant-based bakery, we will take the opportunity to teach you a few different substitutions for classic ingredients in order to obtain the same results with plant-based ingredients. You don’t have to compromise on flavour or texture when baking plant-based!
Included in the price: All ingredients and equipment for baking, a box of baked goods to take home and share with your loved ones, our delicious cinnamon rolls recipe and a treat from our shop MOON.
The class will be led by Bianca Legorreta, founder of White Rabbit Bakery. To assist in the different parts of the class, she will bring two of her lovely team members.
