In our «beans unbored» cooking workshop we dive into the world of legumes and illustrate how you can make bean dishes exciting, savory, satisfying and elegant. We experiment with umame tastes, spices and sweetness to celebrate the amazingness of legumes, while providing practical tipps for your day-to-day home cooking. The workshop will be in German with translation for English speaking participants.
