Event
- There is no participation fee.
- The event must take place between 6 and 16 June 2024.
- The same event can take place a maximum of three times during the festival.
- The content of the event must be related to at least one of the 10 focus topics.
- No repetitions: Events that have already taken place 1:1 as part of Food Zurich in previous years will not be considered.
- A maximum of 100 events will be included in the festival programme. Due to this limitation, a strict selection process is required.
- The decision to include an event in the festival programme is the sole and final decision of Food Zurich. It is not obliged to give reasons for rejection or exclusion.
Distribution and Ticketing
- Organisers are free to set the ticket price.
- There are the following options for distribution:
- Advance ticket sales:
- Ticket sales through our partner Seeticket with simplified handling and billing options. The commission rate is 7% plus 1.-CHF/Ticket.
- Sell tickets through your own online ticket portal. We link directly to the event on the organiser's portal.
- Free event with no obligation to book.

Communication and Marketing
- In order to ensure the success of the joint presentation, the organisers must make use of the communication tools provided by FOOD ZURICH, such as flyers, posters, etc., before and during the festival and make them visible at the venue.
The FOOD ZURICH logo "a part of food zurich" must be used on all marketing and communication materials related to the event. Organisers can download the logo from our media page. - Organisers make a significant contribution to the success of their event and of FOOD ZURICH 2024. It is essential that they communicate and promote the event through their own channels and networks.
- We encourage you to share information about the event with us so that we can occasionally distribute the content through our own channels. Content can be sent to info@foodzurich.com.
- For media, raffles and competitions, sponsors and partners, two to four tickets per Food Zurich event must be provided free of charge.
- When promoting the event via social media channels, the hashtag #FOODZURICH must be included and our @foodzurich account tagged wherever possible.
- The submitted images will be used for communication purposes. Therefore, please send only good quality images that have been approved for publication.
