Balinese cuisine is a vibrant and flavourful reflection of the island's rich culture. Characterized by a harmonious blend of aromatic spices, fresh ingredients, and a touch of creativity.
In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn about the exotic herbs and spices used in Indonesian cuisine, cooking techniques, including the art of preparing spice paste and understanding the balance of flavours.
You will be guided through the preparation of several Balinese favorite dishes by our Indonesian cooking instructor. Revel in the flavors of your handcrafted meal for lunch in a communal dining setting, leaving with cherished memories (+ some Bali travel tips) and recipes to transport your senses back to Bali, anytime, anywhere.
